How You Can Help
Many people ask us how they can be involved in this ministry. They are several ways you can share this work with us. To be a part of our work means that you care for men and women who are in a life-situation where they have not only lost their freedom (sometimes justly, because of their crimes), but have also lost contact with family, friends, in fact, with anyone who cares.
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
There are several ways you can share this work with us.
Be a volunteer member of our team.
This option is available for those who can set a definite schedule in advance (because we need to send the name list to the Prison one month in advance to request entrance permission). You can give as many times per week or month as you are able.
Be a pen-pal to one of the prisoners.
We can provide the name of a female or male prisoner who is on our list, and who would like to have a correspondence partner, with occasional letters.
Be a prayer-partner.
Our ministry is a work of the Lord. Its success depends on His grace and help. Pray for us, for our team members, or for one of the prisoners by name. [sample prayer???]
Financial Support.
We always need financial support from good-hearted people who would like to share what they have with those who do not have. Our ministry has no income source other than the contributions of our benefactors and donors.
